Overview
The Program Officer leads end-to-end delivery of our livelihoods programme in Nakuru, Baringo and Laikipia — including partner engagement, monitoring visits and donor reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation with 6 partner organizations
- Conduct monthly field monitoring visits
- Prepare quarterly donor reports and impact stories
Qualifications
- 5+ years of programme management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel across the Rift Valley
